Riverbend Center
The Riverbend Music Center opened July 4, 1984 to help bring the hottest touring summer concerts to Cincinnati. The Riverbend Music Center box office is located on 6295 Kellogg Avenue in Cincinnati along the Ohio River. The amphitheater was built for $9 million and has a seating capacity of 20,500. The Riverbend Music Center provides a beautiful setting to catch a concert, however, in the past shows have been cancelled because of high waters. The most popular Riverbend Music Center ticket throughout time has been for Jimmy Buffett. He has played the amphitheater every year since 1988 and sold out over 41 consecutive shows. All of the major touring festivals seem to find a way to schedule in the Riverbend Music Center on an annual basis.
